Refund policy

Returns window: You can request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.

Eligible items: Items must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them. Personal care items, hair clippers that have been used, and sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

How to start a return: Email crisbravo707@gmail.com or call +237 658 109 353 with your order number and photos if the item is damaged. Do not send anything back before we approve your request. We will give you the return address when we approve your return.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we cover the return cost.

Orders that never arrive: If your order has not arrived 60 days after it ships, contact us and we will refund you in full.

Change of mind: If you return an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping costs. We refund the product price once we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to show it.

Exchanges: The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order.
